Intex launches new 7-inch 3G enabled tablet in IndiaIntex has announced the launch of its new, i-Buddy Connect tablet aimed at school going children in the growing Indian market.

The new i-Buddy Connect tablet comes with a 7-inch display and supports 5 point touch capabilities. The tablet runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and sports 4GB internal memory, which can be expanded upto 32GB using a micro SD card slot. The tablet is powered by a powerful 1 GHz Dual core processor with 1GB RAM.

The tablet has a 3-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera for video conferencing. The company is also offering a dual-SIM slots with voice calling support allowing users to use the device has a phone. The HDMI slot allows users to easily connect the tablet to Television and laptop through the HDMI cable. The company claims that the 3500 mAh lithium Ion battery offers a talktime of 3hrs and stand by upto 300hrs.

The new Intex i-Buddy Connect tablet will come with a price tag of Rs 9,990 in the Indian market.
