Love making is essential in one's life, it's a pleasure at the end of which the person achieves extreme satisfaction; but like women, men also have the 'fat days' when they don't feel attracted to their respective spouses.

According to the new UK studies, gaining weight lowers the confidence of men in initiating the love making.

As per the study of more than 5000 men, 34 percent men admitted that feeling unattractive, balk them in initiating sex and more than 25 percent of men believed that losing weight would encourage their bedroom performance.

The sex and relationship expert Tracy Cox quoted 'men like women also suffer with the fat days, and they hesitate in discussing their sex problems'.  

Tracy also apprehended the provision of online surgery, where men can seek advice, and suggested that they should not be quiet and should resolve their issues and hence can enhance their sexual confidence and performance.
