Google is close to hand over the Wi-Fi data disk to German
The world's largest search engine Google has decided to resolve all issues related to the Wi-Fi controversy. It has decided to take on all the elements that may help preventing the controversy over the Wi-Fi data disk to Germany go to even higher levels.
The disk contains the data from the personal Wi-Fi networks collected by the Street View car of Google. Google is facing tremendous pressure to submit the hacked data available to the German authorities. Dr Johannes Caspar, the head of investigation has informed that every type of co-operation and transparency is expected from Google on this matter. Google had to hand over the data to Dr Caspar on the early hours of 27th May but Google did not provide all the necessary data to him.
Dr. Caspar has asked Google to answer all the questions about how they managed to collect information from private Wi-Fi networks which belonged to individuals or any business organization. Google has answered back to several questions asked by the commission and then provided its Street view cars to the commission for a test.
