Gaza crossing points to remain shut until Thursday
Tel Aviv - Israel will not open its crossing points into the Gaza Strip until Thursday afternoon, after closing them following the launch of a rocket into southern Israel from the salient late Tuesday night.
The Israeli military said Wednesday morning that the rocket caused neither damage or injuries.
The launching of the rocket continues a pattern of sporadic firings of mortars and missiles from the Strip since a ceasefire between Israel and the Gaza-based militias went into effect on June 19. (dpa)
