Experts say Women can boost Their Chances of Getting Pregnant by Having an Aspirin a day

One of the world’s top fertility doctors has said that an aspirin, mild painkiller, a day can help women get pregnant. A research suggests that aspirin can help women get pregnant in many ways such as: reducing inflammation in cells, increasing womb thickness and boosting blood flow.

Vice president of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Dr Richard Paulson, suggested that all women who are trying to get pregnant should take a low dosage of aspirin pill once in a day which will enhance their chances of getting pregnant.

“It increases blood flow to the pelvis, it increases endometrial thickness”, the expert explained.

The study also found evidence that women who have had miscarriage earlier, aspirin can help them get pregnant again and productively give birth.

US researchers studied a set of 1,200 American women who were between the ages of 18 to 40 and previously had pregnancy loss. The study was conducted to determine whether taking one 81mg aspirin daily effects pregnant women or not.

Some of the patients were given dosage daily, while others took alike looking dummy pill.

University of Utah experts found that the patients who took aspirin were 17% more feasible to get pregnant as compared to the others who did not, and 20% more favorable to give birth.

A professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, Dr Paulson, said that the study adds more to the pros of having an aspirin.

As you know that everything has certain pros and cons, so the side effects of having an aspirin can cause bleeding from the stomach and ulcers, said NHS.
