Excited about the potential of augmented reality: Satya Nadella

New Delhi [India], Feb 20 : India-born chief executive of Microsoft Satya Nadella on Monday said that the company is very excited about the potential of augmented reality along with Microsoft's Cortana's AI offering, which has the capability to do human-level speech recognition.

While speaking at an event in Bangalore here today, the Microsoft chief said "Storage network is fuelling Artificial Intelligence revolution. We are excited about Microsoft Cortana's AI offering that has the capability to do human-level speech recognition."

Nadella, who will engage with India's digital transformation journey with Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, is also keen to pitch Microsoft's Azure cloud platform to users.

Talking about cloud technology and artificial intelligence, Nadella said that we are excited about the fact that we now have the capability to do human level speech recognition.

"I think about how technology evolves. One has to have an architectural overview of composability. I would love for our servicers to have great participants in India," said Nadella. (ANI)
