Eros International has made announcement about the releasing date of its key forthcoming movies ‘God Tussi Great Ho’ and ‘Drona.’

Rumi Jaffrey’s ‘God Tussi Great Ho’ will hit the screens on 15th August, while ‘Drona’ will be released on October 2. Both the movies will be released during the ‘long holiday weekends’ with the intention of to drive in more viewers.

Starring Sallu. Big B, Sohail Khan and Priyanka Chopra, God Tussi Great Ho is crammed with great music and comedy and is expected to be a big success in 2008.

On the other hand, the fantasy action film Drona is sure to thrill audiences – youngsters and adults alike.

Directed by Goldie Behl, Drona stars Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Jaya Bachchan and KK Menon, is a co-production between Eros International and Rose Movies.

Mr. Sunil Lulla, Eros International India president stated, “Both God Tussi Great Ho and Drona show huge potential and we were looking at perfect product spacing for these two much awaited releases. Audiences can now make the best of the long holiday weekends to enjoy both these spectacular and visually stunning films.”

Some other releases from the Eros line-up in the upcoming quarter include Afzal Khan’s ‘Mehbooba’ starring Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan and Manisha Koirala on 11 July.

This will be followed by Ganesh Acharya’s ‘Money Hai Toh Honey Hai’ with Govinda, Aftab Shivdasani, Manoj Bajpai, Upen Patel, Celina Jaitley, Hansika Motwani and Archana Puransingh on 25 July.

Kunal Shivdasani directed ‘Hijack’ will be released on August 29. The film stars Shiney Ahuja and Esha Deol.

Earlier, Eros International had announced a line-up of approximately 35 releases this year belonging to the genre of Hindi and Tamil films.
