Berlin - Midfielder Patrick Ebert is a doubt for Bundesliga leaders Hertha Berlin's trip to VfL Wolfsburg Saturday after missing Wednesday's training session with an tendon problem.

The German Under-21 international, who played a key role in Hertha's 2-1 defeat of defending champions Bayern Munich last weekend, has been ordered by club doctors to rest for two or three days.

Hertha are already definitely without Gojko Kacar and striker Marko Pantelic. (dpa)
