Eat chocolates to reduce risks coming during pregnancy
For all the expecting moms a recent study suggests that eating chocolate thrice a week can help fight life-threatening conditions.
In addition to this it was also stated that women who regularly ate chocolates are less likely to suffer from pre-eclampsia, the most abundant case of complication during pregnancy, as reported by the Telegraph.
In case of pre-eclampsia blood vessels in the placenta fail to develop and this happens primarily due to elevated blood pressure condition in the mother.
This condition leads to affect the unborn child by cutting off the nutrient supply thus resulting in premature birth and other complications.
At the Yale University in the US when asked from 2500 women about their dietary habits during pregnancy, it was observed that women who did not develop high blood pressure claimed of consuming chocolate regularly.
