EA to offer Battlefield 3 early to pre-order buyers
Electronic Arts has announced that it will offer early access to the beta version of its upcoming Battlefield 3 game to users who pre-order the game from its Origin online store.
The publisher wrote on Battlefield 3 blog that buyers who pre-order the game from Origin will get an early access to the multiplayer beta, which is expected to be launched in September. The post continued that people who pre-order the game will also get the ‘Back To Karkand’ expansion pack and the ‘Physical Warfare pack’.
“The beta will also be available to owners of Medal of Honor Limited Edition, who are expected to get early access as well. The beta will go open and will be available to all players, at some point,” the post read.
The gamers who place pre-orders through retailers like Amazon, Gamestop and BestBuy will also get some expansion packs and other special downloadable content. Amazon customers will get a set of dog tags for multiplayer and the ‘Back To Karkand’ expansion pack while Gamestop users will get access to the Physical Warfare pack and the Back to Karkand DLC.
BestBuy will offer Back To Karkand DLC and several multiplayer skins to its users.
