London, Jan 14: Diana, Princess of Wales had a soft corner for men with hairy backs, the former British police chief who led a three-year investigation into her death was told.

And, he will probably be confirming this when he gives evidence into the inquest into her death in the coming weeks.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Lord Stevens, the ex-Metropolitan Police Commissioner, suggested privately that he would not shy from disclosing the fact that the Princess loved men with back hair.

As for where he got his information, a senior source reveals that it came from a person ‘in the position to know’.

"He was told by someone in a position to know," the paper quoted the source, as saying.

When he takes the stand, Lord Stevens is expected to answer questions not only on all aspects of his own findings, but also those that did not feature in the report he made public.

That report concluded that Diana, and her companion Dodi Al Fayed, were the victims of an accident and not an establishment plot as purported by Dodi’s father Mohammed Al Fayed. (ANI)
