Melbourne, Dec 2 : On top of the news that Dannii Minogue will be sacked from the X Factor show, rumours of her breaking up with her lover Kris Smith have also started circulating.

But both have denied the rumours and rugby player Smith has even insisted that things are “going well” between them, and both even shown a united front as they attended Children''s BAFTA awards in London on November 30.

“Things are going really well,” the Daily Telegraph quoted him as saying.

According to reports from a British newspaper, the 36-year-old singer was “exhausted” after a series of rows with Smith, 30, and broke up with him over the weekend.

But Smith admits that he is helping his partner as much as he can, especially with the stress of being a judge on TV talent show X Factor.

“I like to help as much as I can,” he added. (ANI)
