Dalai Lama Admitted To Ganga Ram Hospital, To Be Operated Today

The Tibetan spiritual leader, the 14th Dalai Lama was admitted to the Sir Dalai Lama Admitted To Ganga Ram Hospital, To Be Operated Today Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi after reporting severe pain in abdomen. It was last month only that he was discharged after being operated for abdominal problem at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.

After getting operated in Mumbai by Dr Narendra Trivedi, also the Vice-President of the hospital, the monk was asked to have regular check-ups at Ganga Ram Hospital. The doctors in Mumbai earlier had assured the Nobel peace laureate and his followers that there is no need for concern and that he only requires some rest but the Buddhist experienced quite a severe pain and he had to get admitted in New Delhi. 

Dalai Lama was compelled to drop his plans for a 12 day religious tour in France when he had come to Mumbai for check up. Medical tests were being conducted and the 73 year old Lama will be operated on today.
