Daily Market Outlook : Fairwealth Securities Limited
Indian market traded flat to positive with buying over oil-gas and FMCG Stocks and selling over REALITY, METALS, and IT STOCKS. SENSEX closed at 18061, up 11 points and Nifty at 5420, up 2 points from the previous close. CNX MIDCAP index was up 0.6% and BSE SMALLCAP index was up 0.4%.
The market breadth was negative with advances at 639 against declines of 645 on the NSE. Top gainers included HINDALCO, HDFCBANK, RCOM, HDFC, ITC, BPCL, HDFCBANK and PNB. Top losers are listed as WIPRO, HUL, STER, RELINFRA, TATAPOWER, SUZLON, IDEA and HCLTECH.
In the next session NIFTY is expected to trade in the range 5380-5450; if traded below 5370 it may face huge selling pressure. Traders are suggested to follow the strategy of selling at gains. FMCG and MIDCAP BANKS may attract more buying while METALS and IT may face more selling.

Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea has announced that the EPC contract in respect of the expansion of the new pet project of 2,10,000 TPA of the company at Haldia has been made effective and zero date of the project has commenced. The project is expected to achieve commercial production within 21 months from 16 August 2010.
