Commodity Outlook for Chana by KediaCommodity
Chana erased most of the early gains to end lower, tracking weakness in other agriculture commodities and as government data showed a rise in acreage. India's chana acreage as on Dec. 3 stood at 6.985 million hectares, compared with 6.639 million hectares the same period a year ago. In the Delhi spot market, the price rose by 24 rupees to 2,474 rupees per 100 kg.
Chana dropped Rs 6 and settled at Rs 2518 per quintal. The volume was noted at 33350 lots. Support for chana is at 2494 below that could see a test of 2471. Resistance is now seen at 2543 above that could see a resistance of 2569.
