Circuit Systems, electronic components manufacturer,

has got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange at Rs 42, with 20% premium over its issue price of Rs 35.

Within few minutes of its listing, the share price reached a high of Rs 59.

More than 3.96 lakh shares were swapped on the BSE.

But, the scrip lost some is its gains. In early trading (9:57 am), scrip was dealing at Rs 45 on the BSE.

The company has brought out 1.20 crore equity shares at a issue price of Rs 35 each.

Circuit Systems makes rigid Printed Circuit Board that have an end-use function in telecoms, process control equipment, computer, motorcars, defence, space functionings and industrial electronics.

It also plans to expand its presence in overseas markets including Europe and North America.
