A recent concept of cellphone charging rain boots have come up that boasts of charging cellular phones via the heat liberated out of one’s feet.

It is considered more as a publicity stunt by the UK cell carrier Orange, who according to the industry watchers puts up a show of its publicity-garnering concept device before the Glastonbury Festival to trumpet about the sponsorship deals it had acquired.

The developers claim that these so-called ‘Cellphone-charging Wellies’ will just remain as a mere concept as it has numerous restrictions. Imagine oneself sticking your cellphone on the outside of boots which is nearing a puddle, or may be walking for twelve continuous hours to get it charged.

Well the walking concept might come in handy in the third world countries where people’s bare necessity for commutation is walking.   

However we believe that it might just do the trick for its necessary promotional stint.
