An exclusive content licensing deal with Walt Disney Television International India (WDTVI- India) for three animated series – Twisted Whiskers, Ratman and Sandra has been made by DQ Entertainment (DQE), a Hyderabad-based animation, gaming and entertainment company.
All the three shows would be telecasted on Disney multiplex of channels in the coming months.
It is being recommended by the government and the technology industry panel on cyber-security that the government should stop trusting passwords for cyber security and adopt, what the industry describes as “strong authentication.”
Tom Kellermann, vice president for security awareness at Core Security Technologies and a member of the commission that created the report, informed, “We need to move away from passwords.”

It would employ more cost cutting measures to reduce expenses. Earlier, the software services giant had decided to recruit 25,000 people for its various projects.

The chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TCS, Mr S. Ramadorai said that the company may delay some projects following the international crisis. He said that the financial crisis would impact all companies in the world, irrespective of geographical boundaries. The company is employing various cost cutting measures to improve efficacy and productivity. He ruled out any retrenchment drive by the company in the near future.
