‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judges accused of driving Kelly Brook out of the show

London, Jan 21: One of Kelly Brook's pals has accused `Britain's Got Talent' co-judges of driving her out of the show.

The 29-year-old beauty was only hired as a judge last week but was said to be `stunned and very angry' when she was sensationally fired after just six days in the job.

After reviewing tapes over the weekend, show producers decided the new format with four people on the panel slowed down the pace of the show, and Brook paid the price.

In fact, it was being claimed that that Brook was fired because she was not suitable for the job.

However, a friend of the Brook said: "Kelly's exit definitely wasn't performance-related. There were other factors."

A source said that the 29-year-old beauty's shock arrival on the show `badly ruffled' the feathers of co-judges Piers Morgan, 43, and Amanda Holden, 37.

And presenters Ant and Dec, both 33, were also less than chuffed to have her appointment sprung on them, the source added.

"Piers and Amanda are very close and weren't exactly welcoming to Kelly, though they were always professional on camera," the Daily Star quoted a source, as saying.

"But when the cameras stopped she was the target of quite a few jokey asides from Piers, which had an edge to them. It was clear Amanda wasn't happy at having her role as the show's Queen Bee threatened.

"Most shocking of all was the fact that Ant and Dec were obviously unhappy. They are as big stars as Simon and felt snubbed when changes were made without telling them.

"Kelly was isolated. It's not easy working with people who barely mask their contempt and make your life hell," the source added. (ANI)
