Bond ready to make come back

The right arm fast bowler, Shane Bond The right arm fast bowler, Shane Bond is ready to make come back in the International cricket as he has made himself available for selection in the New Zealand team.

Bond has not played for his country for last 18 months as he had joined rebel Indian Cricket League (ICL).

Bond had recently ended his contract with unofficial ICL and after presenting NOC from ICL to the New Zealand cricket board he has become eligible to play for his country again.

Bond said that he has talked to selection panel manager, Glenn Turner and conveyed him about his availability for selection in the national team. He further added that his performance in domestic cricket while playing for Canterbury last summer will help him to be selected for New Zealand A team.
 
Bond performed brilliantly in last season's domestic tournaments in which he has taken 19 wickets at 23.5 in the State Shield and 11 at 14.3 in the Twenty20. Bond has played 17 Tests in which he has taken 79 wickets at 22.39 each and in 67 ODIs he has taken 125 wickets at 19.32 while playing for New Zealand.
