BlackBerry Q10 available for pre-order from Phones4U for £550
In a recent announcement pertaining to the pre-ordering of the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone, Phones4U has revealed that the handset can now be pre-ordered with it for £550. The new BlackBerry Q10 smartphone will likely be delivered on April 30; and will come with three months' worth of Wi-Fi.
The BlackBerry Q10 pre-order price being offered by Phones4U is only £20 more than Unlocked-Mobiles, and is comparatively much cheaper than Carphone Warehouse's £580 SIM-free cost of the handset.
Another attraction of Phone4U's offer on the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone is that it is also offering the 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook tablet `free' to the first 300 customers who pre-order the handset either SIM-free or on contract. The tablet model which is `free' with the first 300 BlackBerry Q10 pre-orders is worth nearly £120. It was initially priced at £600 when it was first released more than two years back.
For customers who plan to opt for the Blackberry Q10 on contract, the pricing being offered by Phones 4U, and even by Carphone Warehouse, is somewhat standard, as well as in line with tariffs offered for Apple's iPhone 5 and Samsung"s Galaxy S4.
Meanwhile, about the BlackBerry 10 OS which powers the Q10, and also the currently-available Z10, BlackBerry said that the new software has been "re-designed, re-engineered and re-invented," and that it offers "a powerful and unique new mobile computing experience."
