Argentina beat Russia in friendly
Hamburg - Argentina came from a goal down to beat Russia 3-2 in an international friendly played Wednesday in Moscow.
Igor Semshov put the home side ahead after 17 minutes at the Lokomotiv Stadium but Sergio Aguero levelled matters for Argentina just before the break with a shot from the edge of the area.
Second-half strikes from Lisandro Lopez and Jesus Datolo gave Diego Maradona's side a two-goal cushion before Tottenham Hotspur striker Roman Pavlyuchenko pulled one back for Russia 12 minutes from time.
Argentina sealed the win against Guus Hiddink's team without the services of Lionel Messi, who missed the clash with a pulled muscle. (dpa)
