As the breath taking moment of Apple' iPad has reached to the verge of release, Microsoft has supposedly posed a threat with its - "Courier" aka the "dual screen tablet".

The reports confirmed by Technology News Website Engadget list the latest pictures and videos of the, to-be released product of Microsoft. As it continues to elucidate, the Courier shall weigh just over a pound it will serve as a digital journal-cum-eBook reader.

It will feature two screens of 5x7 inch dimensions powered by NVIDIA's Tegra 2, an ultra-low-voltage Cortex A9 ARM processor. It will be supported by the same OS that of Windows Mobile & and the Zune HD. The device will feature a built-in camera which also includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

With characteristics almost similar on track it will be interesting to see which of these two biggies shall pull in maximum attention. Both the tablets aim for a common market which is the strongest point for the competition.
