Allied Digital Services, an IT infrastructure management services provider, has informed that the company has completed acquisition of 51.05% of equity shares in Bangalore-based IT solutions and maintenance company, Digicomp Complete Solutions Pvt. Ltd by signing the Share Purchase Cum Share Subscription and Shareholder's Agreement.

Further the Company has stated that, Mr. Nitin D Shah, (Chairman and Managing Director) of the Company, Mr. Prakash D Shah (Whole time Director and CFO) of the Company and Mr. Manoj R Shah (Whole Time Director and CIO) of the Company have been appointed as additional directors on the Board of Digicomp Complete Solutions Pvt. Ltd as nominees of the company.

The company reported an 81% increase in net profit at Rs 12.10 crore for the quarter ended December 2007. Its sales increased by 83% to Rs 79.29 crore.
