After his directorial debut, 'U Me Aur Hum', Ajay Devgan is now focusing on his second venture. Though the film should have already gone on the floors, it is taking longer than expected primarily because Ajay wants his film to be technically perfect and at par with international standards.

With his recent release, 'Golmaal Returns', turning out to be a runaway hit - doing good business in domestic as well as overseas market - Ajay is in high spirits.

However, for the extremely talented actor, success has never gone to the head; and the generally calm and composed actor is his usual self, despite being a part of the hit multi-starrer. He is not signing any new project, and is totally focused on his second directorial venture.

Ajay has confirmed that his wife, Kajol, will star in his next film too, which will 'not have too many characters', as was the case in his earlier film. Though Ajay has not disclosed the male lead for the film, it is being assumed that he would like to act opposite his wife himself.

An intense actor, and a director who minutely studies every angle of the film, Ajay is hopeful that he would avoid the mistake that he made with his debut directorial film - that of trying to play it safe in the first half. He probably will not hold back on his instincts this time around!
