Air travel isn’t a threat for heart patients
It was been proved that air travel is no more a threat for those with heart conditions, and at the same time offer no serious threats if necessary precautions are taken the British Cardiovascular Society states.
The new Scientist quoted lead author David Smith at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust said, "The cabin environment doesn't pose a significant risk to heart health."
Smith added that the key solution for the ones with a pre-existing heart condition will ensure that the condition is thoroughly sorted and at the same time is under control at the time of flight.
The necessary conditions includes that people who suffer from the condition of heart ailments might need to ensure if they have taken their medication, avoid caffeine and alcohol, and walk regularly during the flight.
This however is a measure to ensure that stability of the condition and the complete finding of the study has been published in the journal Heart.
