Abu Dhabi's Arabian travel market to begin in May

The forthcoming Arabian Travel Market beginning in Dubai from early May is expected to highlight the initiatives of Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) for propelling growth of the tourism sector. The event will see more than 45 Abu Dhabi tourism delegates witness the launch of more than 80 products first time in the region.

Mubarak Al Nuaimi, International Promotions Manager, ADTA, said, "The product line-up reflects the destination's expanded offering and includes transports suppliers, hotel operators, major attractions, hospitality management companies, travel agents, tour operators, an international sports resort, MSC Cruises as well as desert, island, beach and golf resorts."

All arrangements are being put in place for the visitors at different hotels including Al Forsan International Sports Resort, Ayla Hotels '&' Resorts and many more. Al Nuaimi hoped that the regional pavilions will essentially benefit from a large number of visitors visiting the city for expanding their business.

He went on to say that the GCC market have a great potential to excel given to strong propensity for travel. Hotel industry is likely to grow further in the coming period due to significant rise in number of visitors. ADTA is working to establish an office in Saudi Arabia for catering the demand of rising number of visitors.
