Venus sets up Rogers Cup final with Agnieszka Radwanska after beating World No. 1 sister SerenaLondon, Aug 10 - American tennis ace Venus Williams fought back from a set down to beat her world number one sister Serena Williams 6-7 (2-7), 6-2, 6-3 to reach the final of the Rogers Cup.

Venus broke Serena in the sixth game of the final set to win against her for the first time in five years.

Venus, ranked 26 in the world, will face Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska who defeated Russian Ekaterina Makarova 7-6 (7-1), 7-6 (7-3), The BBC reported.

Serena later tweeted of the result that the big sister taught little sister a lesson.

Serena and Venus Williams' head-to-head match wins now stand at 14-11 to Serena.

The win in Canada will be a boost to Venus in her build-up to the final Grand Slam of the year, the US Open, which starts at Flushing Meadows on 25 August, the report added. (ANI)
