Amsterdam - One of the survivors of the Turkish Airlines crash near Schiphol airport on Wednesday was Dutch-Moroccan television show personality Jihad Alariachi, officials said. She was taken to hospital, where her condition was described as stable.

Alariachi, 25, is known in the Netherlands for her weekly TV show "The Hallal Chicks," presented with her two sisters Esmaa and Hajar.

The controversial show, which dealt with the relations between native-born Dutch nationals and migrants and the position of Islam in the Netherlands, was broadcast on Dutch national television in 2005 and 2006. (dpa)
