Toyota feels guilty on the recall accidents

Toyota feels guilty on the recall accidentsThe knight of Toyota Empire, Akio Toyoda, has apologized today in front of the House committee, who has charged the auto maker with flaws of betraying the quality standards that has affected off 8.5 million cars worldwide.

Today the Japanese giant expressed a guilty speech, saying that the company grew very fast and hence lost somewhere in the mid of quality and quantity. According to him the company chooses to take up a stride on growth, but the same made them cut a sorry figure globally, for not staying on tracks with safety standards.

However a slight speech of apology won't help Toyota much as the same is not enough for the law maker's panel and the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, especially when the elections are approaching. In the beginning, Toyoda didn't opt to appear before the panel but he somehow did, last week upon getting official invitation.

According to some the sorry figure is not at all accepted, as Mr. Toyoda needs to say much more than just pretending to be sorry, after all there were genuine questions which Toyoda should address.

The Japans daily newspaper in its editorial suggested that the fate of Toyota and rest of the Japanese companies in the market will depend on the statements of Toyoda. However Japanese automaker is also feeling the pain and pressure of reputation on his shoulders.

The Lawmakers seems to be much impressed with the Toyotas safety issues and is planning to get into the nerves of Toyoda to fetch all the relevant answers from him about the safety standards.
