London, March 15 : The Queen has reportedly found the film The Young Victoria `too Germanic' after having seen a special screening of it.

The Brit drama movie follows the life of the young Queen Victoria, played by Emily Blunt, focusing on her early reign and romance with Prince Albert.

The Monarch, who descends from a long line of Germans, was said too have been disappointed with the "dramatic inaccuracy" in the film about her great great grandmother.

The 27-year-old was granted her last wish after doctors allowed her to go home so that she could spend her final days with her beloved sons, Bobby, five, and Freddie, four.

New York, March 15 : American actor Mickey Rourke has bagged yet another good role as the Russian villain in `Iron Man 2', after being nominated for an Oscar for his work in the film `The Wrestler'.

A report published by the website deadlinehollywooddaily. com says that the producers had earlier offered Rourke just 250,000 dollars for this role.

However, they significantly increased the money offer after Rourke's agent, David Unger, played hardball.

According to the New York Post, Rourke was also being considered for a villainous role in Sony's `Spider-Man 4'.

Rourke has also been offered a role by Sylvester Stallone in the fifth `Rambo' film.

The 30-year-old hubby of Billie Piper revealed that it was an indirect doing of his four-and-a-half month son Winston that he became a better actor.

"There were some real sleepless nights, and there still are but in a funny way your performance can get a bit better if you don't sleep," the Daily Express quoted him as saying.

Wellington  - A New Zealand mountaineer has slammed a claim by author Jeffrey Archer in a new book that a British climber conquered Mount Everest years before Sir Edmund Hillary, a newspaper reported Sunday.

Archer's book, Paths of Glory, is a fictionalized account of the life of George Mallory, who died on Everest in 1924, 29 years before Hillary climbed the world's tallest peak with Nepali Sherpa Tenzing Norgay.
