London, Sept. 17 : British actress Joanna Lumley has said that the government’s treatment of retired Gurkha soldiers and their families is a scandal, and yesterday, she joined a protest at London’s High Court in support of their quest for citizenship and medical welfare rights.
The protest was held ahead of a two-day hearing to decide if 2,000 of the Nepalese war veterans will be allowed to live in Britain.

An autographed portrait of Britney Spears donated her and her family donated an autographed portrait of the singer to the charity with a starting bid of $10,000 on an auction site.
The Los Angeles-based Promises Foundation, which aims at providing behavioral health services to low-income women and their children, got the portrait painted in oil colors of the singer which has the dimensions of five-by-four-foot.
Lisa Rogg who is the director of the organization said, “The Spears family gave us this painting out of their generosity and it was their idea for the auction.”

Generall, most of the money is spent on heroes in films but the production has spent a good amount the make the villain very graceful, magical and mysterious.
The villain Shakal of the ‘Shaan and Mogambo’ was the most expensive character before Ritz. The film was released in 1980.
