Subex posts net loss of Rs 3.2 crore in September Q2
Subex, Bangalore based leading telecom solutions provider, has informed that it has clocked a net loss of Rs 3.2 crore during the second three month period ended September 30.
In the like quarter pervious year, the company had recorded net loss of Rs 71.6 crore.
Company’s revenue for the quarter under review plunged 22.7% to Rs 109.7 crore from Rs 142 crore registered in the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
On a sequential basis (three month period ended June 30), the company had posted a net profit of Rs 35 crore but revenue declined 6.7 per cent from Rs 117.6 crore.
While commenting on the occasion, Mr. Subhash Menon, founder chairman, managing director and CEO of Subex stated, “Our EBIDTA has moved from 14 per cent to 18 per cent. Business has stabilised along with order intake and future looks positive.”
Stock price of Subex ended the day in positive territory at Rs 82, up 7.35% on Bomabay Stock Exchange (BSE). The total volume of shares traded on BSE was 173,162.
