Skoda India has announced its first quarter financial results for the year 2010. It has managed to produce a blistering result in this quarter. SkodaAuto India has informed that its sales grew 213% in the current quarter. The Czech Republic based SkodaAuto A S owns SkodaAuto India. It has a 100% stake in the Indian division. This quarter has been awesome for the company as its sales has been enhanced remarkably.

SkodaAuto India's total sales for Q1 2010 stood at 5,510 units. The number of vehicles sold in the same quarter last year was 2,585 units. This has been informed by the company officials in an issued statement.

They have also said that this mammoth sale rise is an indicator of SkodaAuto's excellent performance. The company has managed to deliver what it has committed to its Indian customers.
