Washington, Mar 28 : Speculation is rife that singer John Mayer may give up Twitter following his rumoured break-up with actress Jennifer Aniston, owing to his obsession with the micro-blogging service.

Mayer, 31, seems to realise his obsession with it, but revealed on March 26 at his "One Splendid Evening" soiree on-board his "Mayer Craft" Carnival Cruise Liner to benefit VH1 Save the Music Foundation, that he is not ready to give it up.

While writing on his blog, Brand said that Goody wasn't known for having any particular show biz talents - but that''s exactly why people loved her.

"One of the charges often levelled at Jade was that she was just a normal girl with no trade or practiced skills," People quoted Brand as saying.

Washington, Mar 28: US President Barack Obama has revealed that his seven-year-old daughter, Sasha, almost died as an infant.

During his first-ever White House Internet town-hall meeting, Obama said that Sasha developed life-threatening meningitis when she was just three months old.

"The doctors did a terrific job," Us magazine quoted him, as saying at the meeting Thursday.

"….but frankly it was the nurses that were there with us when she had to get a spinal tap, and all sorts of things that were just bringing me to tears,” he added.
