The House voted 298-112 to hand the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) control over advertising and even the contents of cigarettes, though it does not allow the agency to ban tobacco outright.

Washington, April 2 : Hollywood actor Ben Affleck was so enlightened about the media profession while filming his latest movie that he has vowed to treat journalists with more respect.
He admitted that he might have dealt with the press throughout his career, but he had very little understanding as to the profession until he worked on his upcoming political thriller `State Of Play'.
The film tells the story of a team of investigative journalists who try to solve the murder of a congressman''s mistress.
Washington, Apr 2 : Michael Caine immediately agreed to star in John Huston''s epic 1975 movie `The Man Who Would Be King' after learning his role was first offered to his hero Humphrey Bogart.
Huston met with Caine in Paris and offered him a role in his film, opposite Sir Sean Connery.
However, the director didn''t have to sell the movie hard - he simply explained his first choice was Bogart.
