The pair, who were previously reported to be house hunting, were said to have picked the palatial Saperstein Estate in Holmby Hills to be their new bode.

The French Chateau-style home was up for grabs in the market for a staggering 125 million dollars, according to reports.

However, the duo's alleged offered price was yet to be revealed.

An analysis of photographs from the lander that explored Mars for six months shows drops of what could be salty, liquid water on the legs of the lander.

They believe the droplets were kicked up from just below the planet's surface when Phoenix landed in May and say they grew and merged over time much as water particles would do.
