London, Jan. 7 : England’s cricket establishment was in complete disarray on Wednesday after both captain Kevin Pietersen and team coach Peter Moores declared that they were quitting their respective posts as the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has failed to resolve their differences.
Sky News quoted Pietersen as saying that: "I am not in a fit state to talk."
Moores'' decision to resign came as he faced growing criticism over the row and the development of the England team during his time as coach. The team has lost four of the seven series that it has contested under his stewardship.

Hilton, who was involved in a sex tape scandal, is currently single after splitting from Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden.

Halperin, who is producing a new book on Jackson's life, insists that the Thriller star is suffering from the deadly lung condition Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.
When Jackson''s publicist denied the claims of his illness last month by calling them "a total fabrication", the author offered to fund for a medical examination to get to the truth.
London, Jan 7: A Chinese expedition is all set to build an inland research base at Dome Argus, or `Dome A', in Antarctica, 4,093 meters above sea level.
According to a report in Nature News, Kunlun, the station, which is scheduled to open on January 28, will gather data in fields ranging from global climate change to the origin of the Universe.
The 37 million dollars Kunlun will be China's third Antarctic station, joining the Great Wall station in the South Shetland Islands and the Zhongshan station in east Antarctica.
London, Jan 7: Brit television personality Chanelle Hayes has warned the bosses of Big Brother that if they do not sex up the show, it is going to end in disaster.
The show has Lucy Pinder, 25, Ulrika Jonsson, 41, and Ben Adams, 27, as the contenders.
Hayes, 21, says that the bosses are "brainless" for not making the most of their biggest assets - Pinder's boobs.
"They are completely brainless. They have the biggest glamour model in the country in the house and she's not showing off what she does best," the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
