Pak, India must work together to fight terrorism: Malik

Pakistan FlagLondon, Jan. 12 : Pakistan Prime Minister Gilani''s Adviser on Interior, Rehman Malik, has stressed the need for joint efforts by Pakistan and India to fight terrorism and said that his country is willing to co-operate with the neighbouring country fully in this regard.

Addressing a joint news conference with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain here, Malik ruled out chances of a war between the two nuclear-armed countries and said the region desire peace and amity.

Teacher charged with rape after having sex with 13yr-old schoolboy 300 times

London, Jan 12 : A married teacher has been condemned and charged with seven counts of statutory rape, after she allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old school boy over 300 times

The teacher called Christine McCallum, 29, even had the audacity to have sex with the minor under her husband''s nose.

The police say Christine McCallum, 29, lived a disturbed double life for almost two years.

The Boston teacher is accused of having serial liaisons with the boy in Rockland and Abington from February 2006, when she allegedly took his virginity, to November
2007.

The boy in question informed the police that they had sex for the first time on a couch at McCallum''s home while her husband slept upstairs.

Ryan O''Neal ordered to undergo 18-month rehab program

London, Jan 12 : American actor Ryan O''Neal has been ordered to take up an 18-month rehabilitation program after he pleaded guilty in a Los Angeles court to possessing drugs.

In September 08, Ryan, 67, and his 23-year-old son were charged with possession of drugs after the police carried out a routine search at their Malibu home under the terms of Redmond O''Neal's probation for an earlier drug possession case.

But after the actor admitted to possessing methamphetamine, he was told the case would be dropped if he completed the rehab programme.

His son will appear in court next month to face the same charge, plus one of possessing drug paraphernalia.
