London, Feb 14 : Child actors Rubina Ali and Azharuddin Ismail, who starred in the critically acclaimed film `Slumdog Millionaire', will miss the Oscars next week because their parents have allegedly withdrawn their permission for traveling to Los Angeles with other cast members.
According to reports, they have instead asked for the airfares to be paid to them in cash.
The film, which tracks the story of an 18-year-old slum boy from rags to riches, has been nominated for 10 Academy Awards.
London, Feb 14: The only living survivor of the Titanic disaster, Millvina Dean, is selling off her memorabilia of the legendary liner to pay for her nursing care.
The 97-year-old woman is auctioning nearly 17 items of her Titanic memorabilia to pay monthly bills of up to 3,000 pounds.
Dean is currently living in The Woodlands Ridge Nursing Home on the outskirts of Southampton, from where she set sail aboard the Titanic on April 10, 1912.
She was just nine weeks old when the Titanic disaster occurred.

Green, who has just signed on as the new face of Ultimo's D-G Range, modelled a new sexy number, which she plans on wearing for Valentine's Day evening.
"I am not going to tell you my plans as I don''t know them, but hopefully it will be full of surprises," the Sun quoted her as saying.
"My perfect Valentine's Day would be a nice romantic dinner at home with candles and rose petals.

Speaking on the Geneva set of the second film, to be based on one of Brown''s novel Angels & Demons, Ron Howard told the US television show Entertainment Tonight that Brown had finished writing the long-awaited third book.
