Mr. Rajiv Maliwal, Co Founder and Managing Director of Sabre Capital, has finally joined Praj Industries as an additional independent, Non-Executive Director to its Board.

He is alumni of IIM-Banagalore and BITS, Pilani and has vast experience in investing and managing large businesses in the financial services industry.

Prior to co-founding Sabre Capital, Mr. Rajiv Maliwal was the Managing Director and Global Head of Private Equity and E-Commerce businesses of Standard Chartered bank and has led business in Asia with Citibank, Goldman Sachs & JP Morgan.

The shares of Praj Industries closed on Friday at Rs 86, up 2% compared to its previous close on BSE.
