It was the hue and cry over the CAT exam results which forcibly pulled the Prometric’s attention. It was in accordance to the RTI act which led to ask the CAT crackers ask for their score break-ups which was denied yet again.

The Prometric division showed an irresponsible attitude and stated that they have done the review with utmost responsibility and also made the rechecking of the scores and found them to be authentic. Further, the division stated that the CAT scores are the same uploaded on the webpage CatIIM.in, and the company has safeguard some information which is critical and the same can’t be disclosed as requested.

It was by the direction from IIM-A which led the students knock the door of Prometric.  Also to worsen the disappointment, a letter from the CAT candidate support care stated that CAT is conducted to judge the aptitude skills in a specific domain. If there is public disclosure of questions, answers or any type of domain, it will raise questions of authentication and validation.

However in any case the aspirants were aghast with this news.
