PML-N criticises PPP for "reconciliation with President Musharraf"

Islamabad, July 22 : PML-N criticises PPP for "reconciliation with President Musharraf"The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has criticised the Pakistan People''s Party (PPP) for achieving "reconciliation with President Pervez Musharraf", and urged upon the ruling party to impeach the President without any further delay.

"PML-N always calls for impeachment of President Musharraf and restoration of sacked judges to end this political and economic uncertainty," The Daily Times quoted PML-N Information Secretary Ahsan Iqbal as saying in a statement.

Reacting strongly over the Defence Minister''s reported statement that the PML-N''s decision to quit the cabinet was mere ''eyewash'', Iqbal said, "The PML-N ministers have resigned from 15 ministries. And all have vacated their government residences."

Without compromising over the issue of the reinstatement of the sacked judges, he said that the PML-N wants the coalition government to succeed. (ANI)
