Washington, December 4 : Tom Hanks will mingle with the crowd and take a back seat to watch President-elect Barack Obama''s inauguration ceremony.

The Oscar-winner, who had voiced his favour for the Democrat throughout the presidential campaign, said he would not miss out on the chance of watching America create a new chapter in history.

"Look, I''ll be in the back. I''ll sit on the Lincoln steps and just watch it from the distance on a Jumbotron,” Contactmusic quoted the actor as saying.

London, Nov 21 : Tom Hanks'' wife Rita Wilson is caught up in a legal battle over the non-payment of a ‘The Beatles’ poster.

The actress made a deal to pay 50,000 pounds for a vintage picture of the Fab Four to seller Melissa Pearl.

Wilson was buying the poster for her actor hubby.

However, the only condition she had was that Pearl had to provide proof of authenticity, according to papers filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court.

But when Pearl failed to furnish the proof, Wilson backed out of the deal, according to celebrity website TMZ. com.
