Melbourne, Jan 8 : Australian swimmer Stephanie Rice has put all her partying ways behind and thrown herself into training for national selection trials in eight weeks.

The 20-year-old Olympic winner was seen partying at the Paris Hilton's New Year Eve bash and was later seen letting her hair down at the 21st birthday bash for fellow swimmer Kenrick Monkat The Eastern in Bondi Junction.

Melbourne, Jan 6: Golden girl Stephanie Rice seems unfazed by her coach's "unfit" remarks, for the stunner was spotted partying hard in Sydney yet again.

A source revealed that Rice was the life of the party.

Melbourne, Jan 2 : Aussie swimming champ Stephanie Rice's coach Michael Bohl says that she is "pretty unfit" after staying away from the pool for nine weeks.

Bohl, however, is confident that Rice will be in top shape after she starts her training.

While he is upbeat that Rice will qualify for the world championships in Rome in July, Bohl admits the task will not be easy.

Melbourne, November 20 : Rumours are rife that a picture of golden girl Stephanie Rice in this month’s Inside Sport magazine was digitally treated to trim down her post-Olympic figure.

The journal, however, claims that artificial treatment was not used for giving Rice a slim figure in the picture.

Graem Sims, the magazine’s editor, said that the image was only manipulated to "make her skintone look consistent", not to artificially trim down Rice’s post-Olympic frame.

"There was not much (air-brushing) to it, we didn''t really need to, she''s such a stunning girl," the Daily Telegraph quoted Sims as saying.
