Chidambaram says Pakistan should declare zero tolerance towards terrorismHyderabad, Mar 6 : Home Minister P Chidambaram today said that Pakistan has to dismantle the terror infrastructure and declare zero tolerance to terrorism.

Addressing mediapersons here at a press conference after reviewing security situation in Andhra Pradesh, Chidambaram make it clear to Pakistan that arrests of one or two persons in connection with the Mumbai terror attacks was not enough and asked Islamabad to declare zero tolerance towards the scourge.

The FBI chief’s meeting with government officials over security issues, including counter terrorism, is expected to start this afternoon.

Chidambaram claimed that the process of preparing a register of national population is on and it is likely to be completed by 2010-11.
