London, Feb 14 : Brit television presenter Melinda Messenger has revealed that taking part in `Dancing On Ice' has helped save her marriage from coming to an end.

According to TV Biz, Messenger, 37, was devastated when her hubby Wayne left her after nine years of marriage.

But now that Wayne has moved back into their Berkshire home after an eight-month separation that "felt like forever" for her, they are planning on renewing their vows.

"We came so close to ending it forever," the Sun quoted her as saying.

"Believe me, I appreciate it 100 per cent that we were able to get back together. It's quite heartbreaking to think how very different things could have been," she said.

Speaking for the first time since their reunion, blonde mum-of-three revealed all about the pain she suffered a year ago as her relationship with Wayne hit the rocks.

“Christmas 2007 was really painful and full of worry about the future,” News of the World quoted her, as saying.

“We tried not to show it for the kids. But I was thinking this is probably our last Christmas together.

The Brit TV presenter, who had suffered postnatal depression after the birth of her four-year-old Evie, had revealed in May that the couple had reached an understanding for a trial separation since Melinda had felt that she had lost `deep connection' with Wayne.

While the underwear model for Ultimo's lingerie range lived with the couple's kids, Morgan, eight, Flynn, six, and Evie, her hubby had moved in with her brother.

Messenger, 37, who has 34DD boobs, has been modelling underwear for Ultimo’s lingerie range, which included a red and black corset.

She has been named the face and body for the firm’s D-G cup bras, which were developed for the curvier Brit girls.

“I had hung up my bra quite a few years ago but I couldn’t resist the opportunity to represent all those curvier girls,” the Sun quoted her as saying.
