Washington, April 20 : The photographer accused of sparking Madonna's riding accident has denied the claims, saying he was not clicking pictures when the incident happened.
The Queen of Pop was rushed to a hospital in New York with minor injuries and bruises after she fell off her horse while riding in the Hamptons on April 18.
Her publicist Liz Rosenberg held paparazzi responsible for startling the singer's horse by taking surprise photographs.
London, Apr 19 : Amid recent rumors that Madonna had turned to toyboy Jesus Luz for comfort following her failed adoption bid, fresh reports have emerged claiming that the two are no longer an item.
And the person to be blamed for the split is a Jewish millionaire businessman Abraham Moses Schimmel.
Apparently, the 50-year-old singer enjoyed a string of secret dates in London last week with Moses.

Madonna was at the home of photographer Steven Klein at the time and was reportedly wearing full riding gear, including a helmet, when she fell, reports Daily Telegraph.
London, April 18 : Sacha Baron Cohen has apologised to Madonna after mocking her bid to adopt an African baby in his new movie Bruno, according to sources.
The "Borat" star was said to have sent a bouquet of flowers to the Queen of Pop, who was reportedly upset following the gag.
"Sacha is always out to make great comedy - and if he upsets people along the way, so be it," The Mirror quoted an insider as saying.
Washington, Apr 17 : Taking an indirect jibe at Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow has posted an obscure message on her website Goop. com in which she has blasted a former pal, whom she called "frenemy", for turning against her.
Although the actress has kept the name under wraps, gossip-mills are running as to whom she's referring to as "frenemy".
