BSE has declared that from Tuesday, August 14, 2007; the equity shares of Omnitech InfoSolutions Limited (Scrip Code: 532882) are scheduled and accepted for transaction on the stock exchange in the list of ‘B1’ Securities Group.

The company’s equity shares (Symbol: OMNITECH) shall be listed and allowed to dealings on the NSE w.e.f. August 14, 2007.

The company experienced brilliant response for its IPO that was sold 61.84 times on the closing day, chaired by the involvement of non institutional investors. It got 240.48 million bids as compared to the issue size of 3.89 million shares. A total of 64.58 million bids were received at cut off rate, and the retail investor portion was sold 50.95 times.
