London, August 28 : New Castle United striker Nile Ranger has been arrested for allegedly assualting and injuring a man outside a pub. Ranger was arrested after a 33-year-ols man was found unconcious Cosy Joes in Groat Market in New Castle.

“The injured man was unconscious and was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary suffering from a suspected broken jaw, “ a police spokeswoman was quoted, as saying by The Daily Mail.

Washington, Aug 28 : Johnny Depp is all set to join the cast of gonzo journalist Hunter S. Thompson''s upcoming movie ‘The Rum Diary’.

Lahore, August 28 : Out-of-favour Pakistan batsman Ahmed Shahzad, often criticised for his attitude, is not ready to accept the allegations about his lack of discipline, insisting that he has done nothing wrong.

"We have a great tradition of music in Hindi films. If you look at the evolution of Hindi films, you would find that they always had songs in them.
